Thursday Night Salon: "Five by Five" Figure Painting Roundtable In-Person
In this Thursday Night Salon, a group of Kentuckiana painters who work primarily with the figure--Debra Clem, LaNia Roberts, Patrick Smith, and Cynthia Norton--will come together around a table to present five images of their own work, and five images of historical inspiration. Surrounded by the works of painter Debra Clem in the Carnegie main galleries, this casual presentation will be followed by a Q & A and discussion about ways of portraying identity in painting.
Multimedia artist and painter Cynthia Norton will open up the evening at 6pm with a musical performance as her alter ego, “I-Cing.” Complimentary wine and beverages will be served, and seating will be limited due to social distancing guidelines; please click here to register and save your seat!
