Join us for our "Art History Illustrated" talk series, held the third Thursdays at 6:30 PM. This monthly illustrated talk series is presented by Assoc. Prof. Brenda Edgar, Fine Art Department, Jefferson Community and Technical College, in partnership with the Carnegie Center for Art and History.

A look at images of working people, including medieval peasants and craftsmen; Gustave Courbet’s stone-breakers and gravediggers; enslaved individuals and sharecroppers in the U.S.; monumental proletarians from the Soviet Union; and the murals of Diego Rivera.
