Pre-K Storytime and Art Adventures with Ms. Eileen happen Tuesdays at 10:00 AM Live via Zoom! Register below to receive the Zoom link. Each class features one book and one art activity led live by Carnegie Director Ms. Eileen. Classes are limited to 10 families.

Book: The Weather Girls, by Aki
Activity: Rainy day splatter painting

Supplies:
-Heavyweight white paper like cardstock or watercolor paper
-blue acrylic paint
-cup of water, about 1/2 inch of water
-paintbrush, preferably large brush OR an empty spray bottle
-pencil
-crayons
-extra sheet of paper, scrap
-scissors
-tape
-might want a large newspaper or other paper to protect surfaces
-clothes that can get dirty or a smock
(we will prep everything for the splatter paint, and you can take that outdoors to complete)
-hard surface a sheet of cardboard to transport wet painting

Projects are best for ages 4-6 with accompanying adult, but older and younger children in the household are welcome to participate. 
You will need a mobile device (such as an ipad) or computer with audio and microphone capability. Supplies are common to most households with young children, but substitutions are possible. You can also order supplies with free delivery from Preston Arts Center! If supplying materials is a barrier for your household, contact info@carnegiecenter.org to receive assistance, no questions asked.
