Intermediate/Advanced Watercolor with Katie Burke In-Person
Explore the possibilities of watercolor with artist Katie Burke in this intermediate/advanced class! Participants will refine their watercolor techniques while experimenting with composition, color, and personal expression.
Katie Burke is a Louisville-based artist with more than 40 years of experience working in the arts. Her work encompasses figurative painting, portraiture, and plein-air landscapes in watercolor, pastel, and mixed media. She has studied with nationally recognized artists and has exhibited throughout the region. In 2016, Burke founded Atelier Louisville, a private atelier, teaching space, life drawing studio, and art incubator that has grown into a vibrant community for artists and lifelong learners.
This class is intended for those with an existing foundation in watercolor. Participants should bring their own supplies.
