Meet & Make Mondays: Braided Fabric Rugs In-Person
Join us for Meet & Make Mondays throughout the month of November as we dive into the art of creating Braided Fabric Rugs. This program follows an ongoing, four-week instructional cycle designed to guide participants through each step of the rug-making process from preparing fabric strips to completing the final stitches.
Join Anytime! Participants may begin during any week in the cycle and return to future sessions to complete their rug or start a new one. Whether you’re a beginning anew or continuing a project from a previous visit, this open, community-oriented structure supports all skill levels and stages.
Participants are encouraged to attend multiple sessions, as continued participation allows for a much larger and more complete finished rug. The more you weave the more it grows! Each session adds to your creation expanding your rug in both size and detail.
Can only make it once? No worries, you will still craft a small lovely piece, which serves perfectly as table coasters.
Each session focuses on a specific part of the process, blending step-by-step instruction with creative freedom. Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace, bring personal fabric scraps, and enjoy a relaxed, social crafting environment.
This welcoming, rolling format makes it easy to join, return, and continue creating, no matter where you begin.
All materials provided. Registration encouraged, drop in and create with us!
