IS102: Email Essentials In-Person
This class helps build confidence with using email. Basic email functions are covered, including sending, receiving, organizing, and replying to messages. The class also teaches ways to recognize and deal with spam. Gmail is used to demonstrate, but most concepts will apply to any email provider.
We recommend that you are comfortable with the basics of using the internet prior to taking this class.
