Online Genealogy Summit Online
October is National Family History Month!
Join us Oct. 17, 2025 for a day of free genealogy workshops. Have you ever wanted to attend a genealogy conference, but just didn't have the money to pay for the conference registration and travel expenses? If so, this is a golden opportunity for you to learn from experts in the field of genealogy FOR FREE! You can do this from the comfort of your own home in your sweatpants with your favorite beverage next to you! Doesn't get better or easier to learn something new about researching your family history.
The Indiana Room of the Floyd County Public Library is hosting this one day virtual event. The event is made available to us through a partnership between the Genealogy Center at the Allen County Public Library in Fort Wayne, IN and The Genealogy Network of Texas.
All workshops are accessed online and are only available the day of the event. There will be no replays. Registration is required and ends Oct. 15. A link to the event webpage will be emailed to all registrants on Oct. 15 after registration is closed. The event webpage will have the bios for each speaker and the descriptions and videos for each workshop.
