Sew... What's Going On? Quilt Block-A-Month In-Person

Sew...a quilt? Or just a square?

Are you ready to learn beginning quilt techniques? Join this monthly class for kids (ages 9+) and adults! In this class you will learn beginner quilting techniques. You will learn hand sewing, how to cut a pattern, how to use a sewing machine, and much more. In the process, you will be making a different quilt square each month. Each quilt square can be a stand alone, used as a hot pad or a square in a larger project. The class will be offered monthly, with a different quilt square taught at each meeting. Participants may choose to attend one class, many classes or all twelve. Those choosing to make all 12 quilt squares will have a complete "calendar quilt" at the end of the year. Class registration is required each month. (If you are planning to register a child, but are not planning to participate, please register only your child so we may purchase the correct amount of materials.) All registrants aged 9-12 must attend with a responsible adult. Adults please register as usual.
