Third Saturday Concert Series: Rocking the Strings In-Person
In partnership with the Community Music Alliance, the Cultural Arts Center is offering the Third Saturday Concert Series, from 2:00-4:15 pm on third Saturdays from August 2024 to January 2025 (the December 21st concert will be held at the Central Branch of the Floyd County Library). Each concert will have 2 family-friendly music performances, one hour each with a 15-minute intermission in between. Due to limited seating, registration is recommended.
InLightning brings a unique brand of elegant instrumental rock composed by bassist Ben Short, performed along with a classical quartet. The Bourbon Britches are an all female, folk rock band fronted by singer-songwriter Arianna Barton boasting originals and unique spins on classic covers.
