Estate Planning: Power of Powers of Attorney In-Person
Join the library on Thursday, March 30th at 6:00 PM, to learn about estate planning from local Estate Planning attorney Jim Plitz. This month's topic will be Power of Powers of Attorney. What they are and why they are needed? Powers of attorneys are foundational estate planning documents that EVERYONE should have – whether you are 18 years old, or 118. Estate Planning attorney, Jim Plitz will discuss what are the different types of powers of attorney, how they are used, and how to put them in place. We hope to see you there!
